All rates represent a flat monthly fee.  The fee remains constant regardless of number of days per month or holidays.
\r\n     Group (4 students/class) = $65.00
\r\n     Semi-Private (2 students/class) =$130.00
\r\n     Private (1 student/class) =$260.00

\r\n

     Annual Insurance Fee = $15.00

\r\n

     *10% discount given for Coyotes Athletic Center, Sun Devil Aquatics, and Sun Devil Masters members, for referrals and to families with multiple children enrolled.

\r\n

 

\r\n

Note: There is an annual Registration/Insurance fee of $15 that will be collected the first time the student enrolls in a calendar year and every January thereafter.  This fee is non-refundable.

\r\n

Registration and Enrollment Policies

\r\n

Lessons are provided and charged on a monthly basis (rather than by session). There will be no need to re-register for each session. Your lesson day and time priority will remain the same as long as you keep the lessons going. Your child will advance to the next class level as his or her skills improve.
\r\nPayments are now easily made through automatic debits from your credit card, debit card or checking account to be made on the first business day of every month. If you decide to take a break from lessons, submit a Withdrawal Form under the Forms link. Withdrawals must be received no later than the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.

Registration Policies

\r\n

- One month\'s dues or the pro-rated amount (if enrolling mid-session) and annual registration fee is payable in full upon registration.
\r\n

\r\n

- Following the first month, dues will be paid as agreed upon on the registration form. 
\r\n\r\n

- Dues are charged the 1st of every month. Tuition is charged on the basis of enrollment, not attendance. There are no make-up lessons, credits or refunds for scheduled lessons you miss.
\r\n\r\n

- Inactivation - If you want to withdraw or inactivate, submit a Withdrawal Form. Withdrawals must be received no later than the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
\r\n\r\n

Additional Policies and Requirements 

\r\n

- There are no refunds, credits or make-ups for missed classes for same-day cancellations caused by acts of God, including but not limited to: lightning, earthquakes and severe weather. 

\r\n

- In the instances of shutdowns caused by health and safety considerations such as fecal and vomiting incidents, a credit for the value of the cancelled class will be posted to your account. 

\r\n

- It is your responsibility to make sure that appointments, vacations, and other activities do not interfere with the class for which you have enrolled. 
\r\n

\r\n

- Illness - If your child has a cold, but is eating well and acting as normal; bring him or her to class. The pool chemicals meet the highest standards, and the moist air will be beneficial. Please do not bring a child who has a fever, is not eating well and listless, or showing signs of bacterial infection. 
\r\n

\r\n

- Class Assignment - In order to maintain an optimal learning environment, it may be necessary to change a student\'s class assignment or instructor.  While we do our best to match a student with a class appropriate to his or her level, it may happen that a student is placed in a class that is not an ideal fit.  All possible avenues will be exhausted in an effort to rectify the situation. If no suitable solution is available, SDSS reserves the right to drop the student.

- Classes that do not meet a minimum of two students may be cancelled and/or rescheduled. 
\r\n

\r\n

- Instructors - SDSS registers students based on day and time, not by instructors. Instructors are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time. 
\r\n

\r\n

- Enrolling by instructors is NOT a service we provide. All SDSS Swim School instructors have successfully completed the SDSS training program and are certified in CPR and First Aid.
