The forms are available on the links page of the website!<br />\r\n</font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nWHAT SHOULD I BRING TO  PRACTICE?<br />\r\nAll athletes should have a swim suit, googles, towel, running shoes  and a water bottle for every practice.&nbsp; </font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nWHAT ARE THE SEASONS?<br />\r\nThere are  four sessions with our club.&nbsp; Fall(Sep.-Nov), Winter(Nov.-Feb),  Spring(Feb-May), Summer(May-Aug).&nbsp; The sessions generally align with high  school sports seasons.</font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nWHERE CAN I FIND OUT MORE  INFORMATION ABOUT THE FREQUENT USER PASS?<br />\r\nThe THPRD website has current  information on frequent user passes and out of district assessments, more  information is here: <a href=\"http://www.thprd.org/activities/freq_user.cfm\">http://www.thprd.org/activities/freq_user.cfm</a></font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nWHEN ARE THE GAMES?<br />\r\nMost of our  games are played in the form of tournaments.&nbsp; Please see our events page or  calendar for upcoming events.</font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nWHAT IS UNITED?<br />\r\nUnited is a  cooperative effort between T-Hills and Washington Water Polo to create more  opportunities for our athletes.&nbsp; By pooling our resources we strive to  create a more&nbsp; competitive environment that will enable our athletes to  compete at the highest levels in the United States, and prepare them for college  water polo. </font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nDO YOU TEACH SWIM LESSONS?<br />\r\nNo,  we do not teach swim lessons.&nbsp; If you are interested in swim lessons please  contact Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District. <a href=\"http://www.thprd.com\">www.thprd.com</a></font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nDO YOU WORK ON SWIM STROKES?  <br />\r\nYes and No, we strive to create better water polo players not  swimmers.&nbsp; However swimming is a large part of the game of water polo, and  if stroke correction is needed we will do stroke development to help our  players.</font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nWILL PLAYING WATER POLO RUIN MY  SWIM STROKE?<br />\r\nNO!&nbsp; Water polo requires different techniques than  competitive swimming, so there are things that we do differently than swim  teams.&nbsp; However any changes that are made to a players stroke are easily  correctable in swim practice.&nbsp; </font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><br />\r\nWHAT IS YOUR ATTENDANCE  POLICY?<br />\r\nPlayers are expected to attend all practices available to  them.&nbsp; If you have to miss a practice you should email the head coach at <a href=\"mailto:thills.coach@comcast.net\">thills.coach@comcast.net</a>.&nbsp;  Attendance will play a role in how much play time a player gets when it comes to  game time.&nbsp; Athletes may be required to make up any swim sets from missed practices. <br />\r\n</font></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\" class=\"Body\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n</div></div>');
