After graduating in 1993, she moved to New York City, where she joined the Asphalt Green masters team and met her husband Lars Reierson (the one in the ugly leopard print suit). They lived in Singapore for 3 years, and then moved to LA in 1998 and joined SCAQ. Joanne has competed at the masters short course national championships off and on for the last 9 years. National titles include the 50 breast in 1994, and the 1000 free in 2002, where she did a personal best. Joanne also enjoys snowboarding, windsurfing and pestering her husband during workout.

\n
\n
\n

\n

\n\t\t
Scott Hubbard was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and raised as a classic northern Midwesterner.
