Success is defined as challenging oneself to be the best . . . humble in victory and gracious in defeat . . . and when you\'re not satisfied with the results, getting up, brushing yourself off, and trying again, with the realization that the only way to fail is to stop trying.

QDD Team Records
\r\n
Short Course Yards : QDD Short Course Team Records, updated 03-10-10
\r\nLong Course Meters: QDD Long Course Team Records, updated 08-27-10

Publicity
\r\n
Benner Named SEC Freshman of the Year
\r\n
QDD swimmer, Peter Benner, earns the Southeastern Conference Male Freshmen of the Year honors.
\r\n
Click HERE for the University of Georgia Article

Private Lessons for Swim Team Members
\r\n
As a service to our athletes and families, QDD offers private and semi-private stroke lessons, whereby swimmers may get additional instruction outside of practice from one of the specified QDD coaches. At this time, private lessons can be scheduled using the Jeff Rouse Aquatic Center in Manassas. Because of a lack of consistency in terminology, stroke mechanics, and training techniques, QDD discourages athletes from camps/clinics or other lessons or instruction outside of its programs.
\r\n
Cost is $50 per half hour.
