Dues: 
\r\n
All dues are automatically billed on the first of the month, with the exception of Individual Workouts. This now includes: Annual, Semi-annual and Semester rates. Discounted rate members will be sent a reminder email 2 weeks prior to billing.

Billing dates are as follows:
\r\n
·         Monthly Rates - the 1st of each month.
\r\n
·         Semester Rates - Sept 1st, Jan 1st & May 1st.
\r\n
·         Annual - Jan 1st
\r\n
·         Semi-annual - Jan 1st & July 1st  
\r\n

Discounted Rates:
\r\n
Discounted rates such as Annual, Semi-annual and Semester rates are payable in full, not pro-rated or refundable.

Student & Faculty Rates: 
\r\n
Proof of status must be provided in order to receive discounted rates. Please send a copy of student or faculty id to Sun Devil Masters, 1966 E Los Arboles Dr., Tempe, AZ 85284. You can also scan a copy and email it sundevilmasters@cox.net. If proof is not received within 30 days of registration, your dues will be adjusted to the standard monthly rate until status has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:
\r\n
You must give a written 30-day withdrawal notice to terminate membership.  A Membership Cancellation Form must be completed, see link at bottom of page. Please note that without 30 days notice you will be charged for the following month. All payments are non-refundable regardless of facility usage.
\r\n
 
\r\n
Note: There is a 3 month minimum commitment to join SDM. Should you wish to terminate your membership prior to 3 months, please understand you will be billed accordingly.

Registration Fee:
\r\n
There is a one-time registration fee of $50 for all members (new or returning.) Please note, all swimmers who suspend their membership will be subject to a registration fee upon return.
\r\n
 
\r\n
Membership Freezes:
\r\n
\r\n

SDM members may freeze their membership one time per calendar year for a minimum of two months and a maximum of six months for no charge. Member must specify the start date and end date of the freeze. Requests for account freezes must be submitted no later than the 5th of the month prior to the month that the freeze is to begin. Freezes cannot be retroactive. Membership billing will automatically restart after the freeze period unless the member submits an online cancellation request prior to the end of the freeze period. Members who submit an online request for a freeze or cancellation will receive an email confirmation from SDM confirming that request has been processed. Members may call the SDM office at 602.818.4791 or email Simon at sundevilmasters@cox.net if they wish to resume their membership prior to the end of the freeze period.

Facility Use Policies:  Members of the Sun Devil Masters may practice at any location during any scheduled practice time, with the exception of the Tri-group participants. Each location has different guidelines; please make yourself familiar with the policies of the facility you plan on attending regularly.
