We have a few changes for the Thanks giving weekend.

There will be no workouts on Thursday. Eat Turkey and be happy!

Friday, the only workout will be at the Mona Plummer at 9:15am. We\'ll take a bite out of those extra calories!

Saturday:

Scottsdale will be "normal" at 7:00 am at Cactus

Tempe will be at 12:00pm at the SRC.
