Accounts - Checking and credit card. Member will be allowed to update
Payment History - Payment summary and unpaid invoices are displayed
Swimming - Show USAS and USMS information and allow to be updated
Water Polo - Show USAWP information and allow to be updated
Triathlon - Show USAT information and allow to be updated

Options available for members to update
Personal information - name, email, emergency contacts
Payment information - credit card number, expiration
