Club Assistant Meet Declaration
Club Assistant provides an easy-to-set up, easy-to-declare and easy-to-bill process for Swim Meet Declarations. The Club Assistant Online Swim Meet Declaration system is invaluable for clubs and teams that require a list of swimmer meet attendance in order to prepare meet entries.
Swimmers or parents state their availability for a specific meet and specific dates of that meet with the Online Swim Meet Declaration form and this data is collected into a report. Club Assistant provides you links and web pages to allow your members to declare their attendance online either through the member login area or from your website.
The coach reviews the Meet Declaration report, integrates it with Team Management Software and selects individual events and relays according to only those swimmers who will be in attendance. This way, coaches avoid all the emails, calls and interruptions on deck by swimmers trying to "declare" attendance or absence from a meet.
For billing of members prior to or following an attended meet, coaches can import meet entries in SDIF format into Club Assistant. Billing meet fees with Club Assistant is easily handled by credit card processing or deduction from swimmer escrow accounts.
