You are not locked into working on a single computer. With unlimited login accounts you can set up different levels of access to the data controlling and managing access and responsibilities. For example the accountant can run financial reports while the coaches can contact their members. Because our system is not software driven, you don't have any installation or compatibility issues or need to wait for yearly upgrades. Any upgrade to the system for one club enhances the capabilities of all the clubs. |

Whether you already have a merchant account or would like to start accepting credit cards, we have a solution for you. Most clubs begin processing credit card transactions for the benefits of recurring billing and avoiding the hassle of chasing checks. A member can sign up using an online registration and voila, your club can start collection of funds - it's that simple. Most clients initially use their merchant account for processing dues, but quickly turn to using the credit card account for events, clinics and even online merchandise sales using our system because it's so simple. |

Online Registration saves you the hassle of collecting the person's information and manually retyping it. With the ClubAssistant online system, you can begin taking Online Registrations today. Our software allows for checks, cash and vouchers. At the end of the registration a voucher is displayed for printing and confirmation emails are sent to the member and club, building confidence in your club assistant system. Once a member is in the system, their information will automatically be available for contacting via email, phone, mailing. |

With the ClubAssistant Member Login you can
allow your members to update their own information as often as it
changes. Members can opt-in to display their contact information
to other members and be sorted into as many groupings as you designate.
With the member login you can even have informal polls, official votes,
display private announcements, allow event entries, and allow members
to charge events and merchandise to their accounts. |

Use of the ClubAssistant does not require a new website. However, half of our clients either want their website redesigned or a new website built. Because we know how to accommodate all our dynamic content, we can provide dynamic websites at rates competitive with static websites. If you have some pictures and an idea for design, just send it to us. We will gladly put together comps for your review.

With the Club Network you can easily contact previous sponsors and have them update their own information and solicit. For their annual or monthly contribution, they can be recognized and promoted through your network which will provide much needed funds for your team. The ClubAssistant will track the funds, who solicited the funds, who sent the funds and be ready for your next round of fundraising. When combined with a merchant account, funds can be collected immediately. |
