12th ANNUAL PATRICK MOORE MEMORIAL
MASTERS RELAY MEET & FAMILY FUN RELAYS

Facility: Mission Viejo Pool is an outdoor, 25yd. by 50m competition pool at the Marguerite Aquatic Center, 27474 Casa Del Sol, Mission Viejo. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance
and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Timing System: The primary timing system will be fully automatic. Times from this competition will be eligible for world record, USMS record, and Top 10 consideration. Colorado Timing will be used.

Directions: From the north or south, take the I-5 Freeway to the Alicia Parkway exit in Mission Viejo. Go east (away from the ocean) to Trabuco Road. Turn right on Trabuco to Marguerite Parkway. Go left on Marguerite to Casa Del Sol, turn right onto Casa Del Sol,and turn into the driveway for pool parking. No parking in reserved tennis spots or YMCA lot.

Eligibility: Open to any current 2022 USMS registered swimmers. Age on December 31, 2022 determines age group for USMS swimmers in the meet. Swimmers under 18 must be current USA Swimming members.

Rules: United States Masters Swimming rules will govern. Current SPMS meet procedures will be enforced and take precedence over any errors or omissions on this form. The meet referee will be in charge of the meet. Any questions regarding the conduct of the meet should be directed to that person.

Deck Changes: Deck Changes are now prohibited during ALL MEETS at the Marguerite Aquatic Center Facility.

Entry Fees:
USMS members: $45.00 per swimmer surcharge, payable through online entry here.
Adults who are Family-Only Relay Swimmers:  Enter at the meet.  Fee is $20.00 plus $15.00 for a USMS One-Event (one-day) membership.
USA Swimming members: Enter at the meet.

Relays:  USMS relays (consisting of four USMS swimmers all from the same club) may enter online beginning Thursday, July 7, at 9:00am through Friday, July 8, at 11:59pm, here.  There are no relay team entry fees.  Other relays may be deck entered at the meet.

Family Relays Rules: Must have at least one adult (18+) on the relay. At least two members must be from the same family. (2 families can swim together).

Entry Deadline: Relay cards for events 1 to 5A are due by 8:30 a.m., events 6 to 10A by 10:00 a.m., and events 11 to 15A by 11:00 a.m.

Seeding: All events will be deck seeded slowest to fastest, by entered time, ages and sexes combined.

Awards: Ribbons for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Family BBQ:  Around 1:00 p.m. after the meet. (BBQ pull pork, baked beans, and watermelon) Cost: $15.00 per person.
