TNYA is proud to once again host its Aquapalooza IV masters swim meet at the Apex Pool at Lehman College.

The TNYA Aquaplaooza weekend is planned to be held every 2-years, with a pre-meet social, a fantastic meet run at one of New York's best facilities, and a massive post-meet after party open for all swimmers of metro, IGLA swimming, and friends. The registration fee covers the cost for the meet and both pre- and post-meet activities.

This event has been sanctioned by Metropolitan LMSC.

Who Can Participate

Open to all USMS-registered swimmers age 18 and older. 

The Event

• Swimmers are allowed to register for up to 3 events and 1 relay.

• Events 6, 7 and 8 will be seeded as a combined 200 yard backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. This helps keep the meet moving quickly.

• Registration for the 500 Yard Freestyle is limited to the first 40 entrants.

On the Day of the Meet

• Warm-Up: 8:00-8:55AM • Meet Start: 9:00AM

• Eight (8) short course yard competition lanes, electronic timing system and scoreboard display.

• Warm up lanes will remain open throughout the meet for continuous warm-up and cool down.

•  NO DIVING is permitted during warm-up except in designated one-way sprint lane(s).

• The meet is expected to end at 1:45PM

Pre- and Post Meet Parties

- Pre-Registration and Welcome Cocktails. Friday, May 18th, 6PM-9PM, Boxer's Hell's Kitchen (742 9th Avenue @ 50th Street). Optional pre-registration and pre-meet party to meet your fellow swimmers.

- Aquapalooza Plunge! Saturday, May 19th, 4PM-8PM, Therapy (348 West 52nd Street, btw 8th & 9th Avenue). Aquapalooza Plunge will feature a fabulous DJ, free post-meet nibbles, drink specials and more.

- Aquapalooza registration includes a ticket to the pre- and post-meet parties (drinks not included).

-The parties are open to all registrants and friends of registrants. Friends may join Aquapalooza Plunge for an additional fee of $20. You can get extra Aquapalooza Plunge tickets when registering for Aquapalooza IV or at plunge.yapsody.com.

- Looking to kill time and recharge between Aquapalooza IV and Aquapalooza Plunge? Boxers Hell's Kitchen will have brunch specials for Aquapalooza IV participants.
