Liability: In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed that U.S. Masters Swimming, the Local Masters Swim Committee of Arizona, YMCA Westside Silver Fins, Southwest Valley Family YMCA and all meet officials and volunteers shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet, which includes all warm-up sessions.

Course: Eight lane, outdoor, 50-meter pool with non-turbulent lane lines, Colorado timing system, continuous warm up / warm down available throughout meet in the YMCA 25-yard recreational pool

The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Eligibility: Any swimmer with a valid 2019 USMS registration or a valid travel permit from another country is eligible. Each swimmer must submit a copy of their 2019 USMS registration card or travel permit with their entry.

Rules:
1. 2019 USMS rules apply.
2. All events are timed final.
3. Swimmers are limited to a total of 5 individual events for the entire meet.
4. Age on December 31, 2019 determines the age group of the swimmer for the entire meet.
5. All events, except the 1650 free, will be pre-seeded. Only the first 24 female swimmers and the first 24 male swimmers registered for the 1650 free will get to swim.
6. The 1650 will be seeded fastest to slowest based on entry times. All other events will be seeded slowest to fastest.
7. Positive check-in is required for the 1650 free. Check in for the 1650 free will close 30 minutes prior to the session each day.

Entries and fees: Entries must be received by Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 11:59p.m. Late entries will not be accepted. There will be no deck entries. 
There is a flat $40 fee for the meet IF YOU ENTER ONLINE and $45 for mailed in entries.

For mailed in entries please use the new Arizona Consolidated entry card for this method. Fill it out completely and include event numbers and seed times for all events you plan to swim, and include a copy of your USMS registration card and mail to the address below.
