Sanction: Sanctioned by AZ LMSC for USMS Inc.

Rules: 2020 USMS rules apply. All events are timed finals. Swimmers are not limited to the number of relays; however they are restricted to one swim per event number. Age on February 8th, 2020 determines the age groups of the swimmer for the meet.

Eligibility: Any swimmer with a valid 2020 USMS registration. International entries must include a copy of the swimmer’s FINA-recognized Masters Swimming registration card and fees in U.S. dollars. Each swimmer must submit a copy of their 2020 USMS registration card or FINA-recognized Masters Swimming card. Failure to submit proof of registration will result in the entry being rejected. Affiliation: A swimmer’s team affiliation as stated on the consolidated entry card or online registration will apply throughout the meet, except that a swimmer may become unattached at any time.

Results: Available through Club Assistant at SwimPhone.com.

Entries and fees: Flat entry fee of $20 for individual online entries. Credit card payments will reflect a charge from "ClubAssistant.com Events".
No deck entries, email or fax entries will be accepted for individuals.

• Online registration for individuals closes 11:59pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2020.
• Coaches can create their relay teams online through Club Assistant.
• Coaches must complete and submit their relays by 11:59pm on Thursday, February 6, 2020.

Team relays can be altered up to the start of the race for registered individuals.

Facility: The Desert View Sports Complex is at 39900 S. Clubhouse Dr, SaddleBrooke, AZ, 85739. The pool is an outdoor 6-lane 25-yard pool operated at 81^o F with non- turbulent lane lines.  The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. We will run 4 lanes for competition and set aside additional lanes for warm-up and cool-down.  Touchpads will not be used so national records cannot be set at this meet.

Location: Directions from I-10: Tangerine Rd., exit #240, east on Tangerine Rd. to Oracle Rd., left (north) on Oracle to Eagle Crest Ranch Blvd, right (east) on Eagle Crest Ranch Blvd. to Edwin Road, right (east) on Edwin Road to S. Clubhouse Dr., left (north) on S. Clubhouse Dr, the pool is on your left in 1/10 mile. There is ample parking available at the pool.

Order of Events
Warm up at 12 PM. Start at 1 PM.
