Pool Length Compliance: The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 1106.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead measurement.

Warm-ups: 8:00 am
Meet starts: 9:00 am

Directions to Pool:
Take I-5 (North or South) to the Tualatin/Sherwood Exit (289). Turn West onto Nyberg Road, which becomes the Tualatin/Sherwood Road. Proceed through the community of Tualatin until you reach Sherwood (5 miles). In Sherwood, immediately past the Albertson’s shopping complex, take a left (South) onto Hwy 99W. Continue on 99W to Newberg. In Newberg, turn Right onto Villa Road (Walgreens will be on your left). Turn right onto Haworth, and the pool is on your right.

Entry Deadline: Online registration is preferred. Online registration must be completed by 11:59 PM PDT on Monday January 21.

Meet Entry Fee: $25.00     Online entries are paid by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events."

Age groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. up to 100+. relay age groups:18+, 25+, 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+, 75+, etc.

Entry Limit: You may enter a maximum of 5 individual events plus relays.

Relays: Enter relays at the meet. In each relay event, relay teams may swim distances of 200, 400 or 800 (800 for free relays only).

Seeding: The 500 & 1000 freestyles & 400 IM will be deck seeded. All events will be seeded slow to fast.

Positive Check-In: Positive check-in for the 500 Free, 1000 Free & 400 IM is required.  Check-in for those events and entries for the relays will close 30 minutes before the event is to be swum.

 Breaks:  There will be short breaks after Events #4, #14, #20 and #27 before each set of relays.
