This meet is on a Sunday, and we realize this is not the perfect day of the week for many of you swimmers, especially those travelling to Vegas. How can we help you make it work so that you attend our meet, swim fast, and have fun? Do you need a free place to stay at someone's home in Vegas? Do you want a deal on a hotel, a flight, a meal? Facility:

• UNLV Buchanan Natatorium, Jim Reitz Pool. Indoor 50-meter by 25-yard pool. This meet is LONG COURSE METERS.
• There is no postal address; do not use the university’s generic Maryland Pkwy address. Pool location is on E. Harmon Ave, 1000 feet east of the intersection of Harmon Ave and Swenson St, Las Vegas, NV.
• Map coordinates: 36.10913721140823,-115.14641761529799.
• Very close to McCarran airport, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hofbrauhaus, and Hyatt Place.
• The length of the competition course is not on file with USMS. Eligibility of times achieved in this meet will be contingent upon pool length measurement and approval with USMS; if bulkheads are present, their placement must also be confirmed by  measurements  at  the  meet  (USMS  articles  105.1.7 and 106.2.1).

Directions & Parking: 
From 15 North, take 215 East toward McCarran Airport. Continue onto McCarran Airport Bypass. Continue onto Swenson St (the airport bypass becomes Swenson St). Turn right onto E. Harmon Ave. Continue 1000 feet to Parking Lot L on your left. Parking Lot L is available for free to non-students on weekends, so go ahead and park in a spot marked "Student" . Walk north on asphalt path toward Buchanan Natatorium entrance on right (tennis courts on your left).


Schedule: Warm-ups begin at 12:30pm. First event begins at 1:30pm. Last event expected to conclude by 4:00pm. Join us after the meet at Hofbrauhaus!

Rules: United States Masters Swimming rules will govern. Current SPMS meet procedures will be enforced and take precedence over any errors or omissions on this form. The meet referee will be in charge of the meet. Any questions regarding the conduct of the meet should be directed to that person.  All events are timed final. Swimmers are limited to a total of 5 individual events and 1 relay. Age on December 31, 2018 determines age group for the meet. You must be at least 18 years of age to compete.

Entries: Postal mailed entries must be received by Wed, June 6, 2018.  Online meet entry closes Wed, June 6, 2018 at 11:59pm. Day-of-Meet entry is permitted until 1:00pm for events 1-6 and 2:00pm for events 7-13.  We encourage online Day-of-Meet processing “paperless and cashless” either from your own computer or on a computer at the pool (bring your credit card, cash, or check). 

Entry Fees: Pre-entry fee $35.00. Day-of-Meet entry fee $40.00. LVM Member meet entry fee is $0. Meet entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from "ClubAssistant.com Events."

Seeding: Swimmers will be seeded in heats according to entry time, regardless of age and gender. Heats will be ordered slowest to fastest. Positive check-in is required for the 400m Free and encouraged for all events.  Check-in will be available on SwimPhone.com beginning at 8pm on Sat, June 9. Positive Check-In for the 400m Free closes on meet day at 1:00pm.

Relays: Relays will be organized upon request at the end of the meet.

Awards: We've got prizes! Super top secret prizes!

Food & Beverage: Las Vegas Masters will provide free water and small snacks (ie bananas, granola bars).
