Asphalt Green Battery Park City, a six-lane 25-yard pool located at 212 North End Avenue, New York, NY 10282 (corner of North End Ave. and Murray St.). Competition will either be swum in six lanes with no warm down lane, or five lanes with one warm down lane at the discretion of the meet director based on timeline constraints.

By Subway: Take 1, 2 or 3 train to Chambers St. station; or take 4, 5, or 6 train to Brooklyn Bridge station. Walk west on Chambers St. to North End Ave. and make a left. Facility entrance is on the left, one building in from the corner of Murray St.
By Car: From South, take West St. to Murray St. and turn left. From North, take West Side Highway/West St. to Murray St. and turn right. Once on Murray St., turn right on North End Ave. Please be advised that street parking is sparse and public transportation is recommended.

Open to all 2017 USMS-registered swimmers age 18 or older, regardless of Club or LMSC affiliation or residency. Age determination date for this meet is June 11,2017. Note: You cannot register with USMS until you are 18 years old.

2017 USMS rules govern this meet. No diving permitted during warm-up except for designated one-way sprint lanes. Swimmers must enter the water in a cautious and controlled manner. Failure to comply with no diving rule may result in expulsion from meet.

Check-In: 4-4:45 p.m. / Warm-Up: 4:30-5:10 p.m. / Start: 5:15 p.m. / Finish: No later than 8:00 p.m.

Please email Meet Director Jack Fabian to scratch in advance. Scratches will be accepted until 4:45 p.m. on the day of the meet.

Swimmers will be seeded according to entry time, not by age or gender. Heats will be contested slowest to fastest; "NT" (no time) entries will be seeded as slowest. All events will be seeded and heat sheets posted after swimmer check-in has closed at 4:45 p.m on the day of the meet.

Each swimmer is permitted to enter and swim a maximum of five (5) individual events.

A gift card worth $100 will be awarded to the top cumulative time in each gender, regardless of age. Additional prizes will be awarded to the top cumulative time in each age group. Participants must compete in all five events in order to be eligible for awards.

The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.

$30 flat individual entry fee. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No email, phone or fax entries accepted—no exceptions.
