LOCATION: Charles Brooks Swim Center, Woodland, 95695
 
FACILITY:  20 lane, 25 yards outdoor pool. 8 lanes will be used for competition, with 10 additional lanes available for warm-up / warm-down throughout the meet. The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. The primary timing system will be semiautomatic timing with two buttons. Times can be submitted for USMS Top 10 consideration but cannot be submitted for USMS records. Pacific Masters requirements for records and Top 10 consideration are the same as those for USMS.
 
TIME:  Sunday, August 22. Warmups start at 8:15am; meet starts at 9:00am.
 
RULES & ELIGIBILITY:  Current USMS rules will govern the meet. All participants must be age 18 or older as of the last day of the meet and be currently registered members of U.S. Masters Swimming. Foreign swimmers must provide proof of current membership in their country’s Masters Swimming governing body.
 
ENTRY LIMITS:  Entries are limited to a maximum of 5 individual events, excluding relays. Individual event entries can be via online; or deck enter the day of the meet.
 
ONLINE ENTRIES: Enter this meet online by going to: 2021 DAM End-of-Summer Splash (URL unavailable). Event Fee: $10.00 Surcharge plus $5.00 per event.  The cost of the online meet entry system is $1.00 per swimmer plus 5% of the events fee, which is included in the above fees. Online entries accepted until 11:59 pm, Thursday, August 19, 2021. Refunds will not be allowed.

DECK ENTRIES:  Event Fee: $15.00 surcharge plus $5 per event. All deck entries must be completed no later than 45 minutes prior to the start of the entered event. Swimmers who deck enter the first two event must do so by 8:15 am. Pacific Masters requires all swimmers be registered with a valid USMS number before entering meet. Paper USMS registrations will not be accepted at the meet. Non-members can register online using a mobile device and will receive a USMS number at the end of the registration process.

MAILED ENTRIES: Will not be accepted.
 
CHECK-IN:  This meet will be deck-seeded. Check-in required for all events. All pre-registered swimmers in the first two events must be checked in by 8:30 AM. Close of check-in for all individual events shall be no more than 60 minutes before the estimated time of the start of the event. Athletes who do not check-in will not be seeded and will not be allowed to compete in that event.

ATTENDANCE LIMIT: The number of individual swimmers registered into the meet will be capped at 160.
 
SEEDING: Events will be swum slowest to fastest. “No Time” (NT) entries are permissible.
 
RELAYS:  Relays are deck entry only (no surcharge or fees) and must be on official yellow relay entry cards.
 
HOSPITALITY:  Due to Yolo County COVID-19 restrictions, no snack bar or hospitality will be available. Please bring your own food and drinks, and label accordingly.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL: As of June 15, 2021, Yolo County follows the COVID-19 protection orders and guidance issued by the State of California-Health and Human Services Agency.
