Rules: 2019 USMS rules apply. All events are timed finals. Swimmers are limited to a total of 9 individual events for the entire meet and no more than 4 per day, not including relays. Age on March 31, 2019 determines the age group of the swimmer for the meet.
Timing: The primary timing system will be automatic timing. Times will be submitted for USMS records and USMS Top 10 consideration.
Long Distance Events: The 1000 and the 1650 events will be limited to the first 30 entries received for each event and will be run slowest to fastest, ages and sexes combined. You may swim either the 1000 or the 1650 but not both. Positive check-in is required for the 1000 and 1650 events. Online check in will open at 12:01am and close at 3:30pm on Fri. March 29th. In person check-in will close at 4:00pm for the 1000 & 1650 on Fri. March 29th. Swimmer must provide counter & timer for these 2 events.
Seeding: All events (except the 1000 & 1650) will be pre-seeded. All events will be seeded slowest to fastest. All individual events are mixed. No deck entries or late entries will be accepted.
Eligibility: Any swimmer with a valid 2019 USMS registration. International entries must include a copy of the swimmer's FINA recognized Masters Swimming registration card and fees in U.S. dollars. Each swimmer must submit a copy of their 2019 USMS registration card or FINA recognized Masters Swimming Card. Failure to submit proof of registration will result in the entry eing rejected. Affiliation: A swimmer's team affiliation as stated on online registration will apply throughout the meet, except that a swimmer may become unattached at any time.
Individual Awards: Male and female high point awards for each age group will be awarded. Individual Points will be awarded as follows: 11, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and doubled for relays.
Team Awards: Overall team awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

Entries and fees: A flat entry fee of $60 for online entries (2 or 3 meet days). A flat fee of $35 for 1 meet day. Fee includes a meet T-shirt. No deck entries, mail or fax entries will be accepted.
Online registration closes on Sunday March 24, 2019 at 6:00pm.
Facility: University of Arizona’s Hillenbrand Aquatic Center is located just off Campbell Ave. 1 block north of 6th Street (1827 E. Enke Dr., Tucson, AZ 85721). Outdoor, 24 lane, 25 yard pool operated at 80° F with non-turbulent lane lines and electronic timing. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. We will run 10 lanes for competition and set aside additonal lanes for warm-up. Two ladders will be available for the competition portion of the pool and two for the warm up area of the pool. Kasser Pool will NOT be available before, during or after the meet.
