Schedule:
6:45 am: Door Opens
7:00 am: Warm-up Begins
7:30 am: 400 IM begins
8:30 am: Event #2 starts no sooner than 8:30 am -- with 20 Minute Warm-up

Entry Limit:
5 individual events plus 2 team relays.  The 400 IM is limited to the first 30 online entries, and will be swum as seeded, no waiting list and no deck entries.

Fees:
Meet Entry Fee:  $15.00 per individual swimmer, including relay-only swimmers.
Individual Event Registration Fee:  $5.00 per individual event
Team Relays:  $5.00 per relay (cash or check to be submitted on deck with relay entry forms)
Online entries are paid by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events".

Deadline:  12:00 pm (noon) on Saturday, January 25, 2020
No mail-in, phone, or email entries accepted.
No deck entries accepted on the morning of the meet.

Eligibility:  Must be over 18 years of age and have proof of a current USMS 2020 registration. In accordance with USMS rules, current USMS registration information is required for registration.  The online meet registration process will automatically confirm your USMS membership status.

Check-in:  There will be no meet check in.  USMS membership for participants will be confirmed through online registration.

Seeding:  All individual events will be seeded slowest to fastest regardless of age or gender and based on all valid entries as of the registration deadline. The 400 IM will be swum as seeded – no waiting list.

Timing: Official times set at this meet will be eligible for ILMSA Records, USMS Top Ten, USMS National Records, and FINA World Records, except times recorded only using manual backup timing are ineligible for FINA World Records.

Awards:  Trophies will be given to the top three scoring teams. Ribbons will be given for individuals in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place by age group.

Location: Evanston Township High School, 1600 Dodge Ave, Evanston, IL  New Parking this Year: For security reasons, ETHS requires that we enter the building in a new way this year. Park in the rear/west parking lot off of Church St, just west of Dodge. Do not park on Dodge Ave in front of the pool. From the west parking lot, enter the building at Door 3. Facility:  The main facility is a 25 yard, 6 lane competition pool with flow-through gutters and an electronic timing system.  This fast pool is frequent host to IHSA state championship meets. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2. This means that it is eligible for top 10 recognition. Throughout the meet, there is a separate 20-yard pool available for warm-up/warm-down.  "Circle Swimming” will be observed in the three warm-up/warm-down lanes.  There is ample seating for spectators and swimmers in the stands surrounding the pool.
