The 32nd Short Course Winter Championships
Launceston Aquatic Centre, High St, Launceston

Saturday 20 August 2016, warm-up 2.30pm, start 3.00pm

Sunday 21 August 2016, warm-up 8.00am, start 8.30am

Entry fees - Individual $35.00; relay $5 per team

Conditions of entry

competitors must be registered with either MSA or a FINA Masters club at the time of entry
age is at 31 December 2016
meet will be conducted under MSA rules at the close of entries (12 August, 2016)
swimmers may enter up to 7 individual events
there is no limit to the number of relay teams entered per club, however only the 'A' team in each age group can score points in each relay event (GR8.3.4)
all events will be heat seeded
no alteration to entries or refund of entry fees after close of entries (refer to Terms and Conditions on website)

Officials

each club to provide at least 2 timekeepers for the duration of the meet

Awards

Individual

aggregate medals - 1st, 2nd, 3rd in all age groups
male and female swimmers of the meet (best of 5 events and only FINA recognised are eligible)

Club

Winter Championship Shield
Relay Shield (combined relay scores of Summer and Winter Championships)

Social Events

Saturday - no function planned for the Saturday eventing

Sunday - Presentation and lunch $10.00 (paid at time of entry). Venue TBA - 45 mins after completion of swimming program.

Parking at the pool

Please note that the parking areas at the pool are pay for park and time allowed. 3 hour parking is available in front of the East Launceston Bowling Club.

There is an all day car park located behind the Queen Victoria Tower across the road from the pool.

** If you wish to order a printed program, you must indicate the quantity required and pay a fee at the time of entry.
The program (for individual events only) will be available from SwimPhone and can also be downloaded from the website by Tuesday 16th August. An updated program to include relays will be available from Thursday 18th August.
