Location: Glen Oaks Swim & Tennis Club is located at 4301 Paradise Drive, Carmichael, CA 95608.
We are located off San Juan Avenue between Winding Way and Lincoln Avenue.
From Sacramento: 50 East to Sunrise Blvd., North/Left on Sunrise to Fair Oaks Blvd., Left on Fair Oaks to San Juan Avenue, Right on San Juan to Lincoln Avenue, Left on Lincoln. When you reach Paradise Drive take a Right. We will be on your left-hand side. From Folsom: 50 West to Sunrise Blvd, North/Right on Sunrise and then follow directions listed above.

Facilities: Six lane 25-yard pool, restrooms and a snack bar.

Eligibility: Any swimmer registered with a recreational swim team is eligible. No unattached swimmers will be allowed. All swimmers will swim in the age group according to their age as of June 15, 2019.

Entries: Individual Entries: Online entries are paid by credit card to ClubAssistant.com Events. A service fee will be assessed during the online registration.

Entry Limits: Swimmers may enter all events available for their age group. A cap of 300 swimmers will be enforced. Deck entries will be accepted on the day of the meet until the cap is reached. Please have all entries submitted by June 10, 2019

Entry Fees: Individual entries: $4.00 per event and an additional $6.00 deck fee.  Please see deck entries.

Deck Entries:  Deck entries will be allowed until 7:45am or until cap of 300 is reached.  Deck entries will begin at 6:45am and fees are $5.00 per event and an $8.00 deck fee.  Credit card or cash will be accepted. 

Warm Ups: Warm ups will be run by age group. 13-18: 7:00-7:30, 11-12: 7:30-7:50, 9-10: 7:50-8:10, 8 & U: 8:10- 8:25. The meet will begin at 8:30am

Check-In: All swimmers must check-in. Swimmers must check-in by 8:00am. The meet will begin at 8:30am.

Ready Bench: There will be no official ready area.  Swimmers and parents are responsible for swimmers getting to the blocks in time for their races.

Admission: Admission is free. Meet Mobile will also be available for this meet

Awards: Ribbons will be awarded to the top 6 place finishers. Awards will be given to the coaches of each team at the conclusion of the meet. If the awards are not picked up at the meet, they will not be mailed. Deck entries will not be scored or awarded. 

High Point: Individual high point awards will be given to the top male and female swimmers in each age group.

Timers: Each participating team may be assigned lanes to provide timers. These assignments will be made relevant to the number of swimmers each team has attending. Timers will be served snacks and refreshments.

Stroke & Turn: We ask that each participating team bringing more than 25 swimmers to provide at least one stroke and turn official if possible, please advise if your team can help.

Vendors: A snack bar will be open during the meet serving breakfast, lunch and snacks. Credit card or cash will be accepted.

T-shirt Sales: There will be a limited about of t-shirts for sale on deck.  Credit card or cash will be accepted.
