Entries: Entries will be accepted online through Club Assistant.
Deadline for entries is Wednesday, June 5, at noon.

Entry Limit: Swimmers may enter up to five events.

Entry Fee: $30 flat fee for entries by the entry deadline. $45 for deck entries. Fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility: All athletes must be currently registered with United States Masters Swimming to enter the meet. One Event USMS Memberships will NOT be offered. Anyone who deck enters may be asked to provide proof of current USMS membership at time of entry. The swimmer’s age for competition is determined by their age as of December 31, 2019.

Annual Meeting: The South Texas Masters Swimming Annual Meeting will be held 15 minutes after the conclusion of the meet. All swimmers are welcome to attend.

Rules: 2019 USMS Rules and South Texas LMSC policies will govern this meet.

Facility: The meet will be conducted in an 8 lane, 50 meter, Myrtha Pool. Six lanes will be used for competition. One lane may be used as a buffer lane. The remaining lane will be used for general warm up during the meet. Electronic timing using a Colorado Time System and touch pads will be used, with times entered into Hy-Tek Meet Manager. Pool depth at the start and turn ends is 7 foot. The competition course has been certified in accordance with USMS rules.

Please abide by all facility rules during your time at the meet.

A shaded area will be available for timers and athletes. Spectator seating is available but not covered.

Seeding: Events will be seeded as mixed events swum slowest to fastest, regardless of gender or age. Deck entries will be seeded into open lanes only. NT will be accepted as an entry time. While we happily accept made up entry times, please make them reasonably accurate. Wishful thinking will not be appreciated. 

Breaks: If time allows, there will be breaks of no more than ten minutes after events 4, 8, and 12.

Results: Results will be listed by gender and age group for each event. The 50 free will be competed in as two events and the results will reflect that. A combined ranking will not be listed. No awards will be given at this meet.

Parking: Parking for officials, coaches, and volunteers is available in the facility parking lot. Athletes may be able to park in the lot if there is room. Overflow parking is available next door in the ARM Building parking garage.
