We are pleased to announce our scrappy masters swim meet is back! We can't wait to see everyone.

Swimmers ages 19–119 from all communities are invited
Online registration opens June 20
July 23 Registration deadline

• Warm-ups 7:45–8:45 a.m.
• 400M begins promptly at 8:30 a.m.
• Meet begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.

You may enter up to 5 individual events and 2 relays (no more than 7 events total).

Entry Fees

• Athlete fee $15
• Individual events $5.00 each
• Relays $3.00 each
• 400 Meter +$5.00 

T-SHIRTS Everyone gets one complimentary shirt, extras are $15 each. Quantities and sizes are limited, so register early to claim the size you want. 

400M IS FULL no more sign ups. The 400 M will be held at 8:30 am, before the main meet begins. 8 laps in the 50M Olympic size pool with an in-pool start. Please try bring a lap counter with you. If you do not have one, we can grab someone to count for you. We will cap the event at 16 people (two heats). If you register after the limit, we will refund your event fee, and add you to a stand-by list. 

RELAYS The numbers represent combined ages of the relay team participants. Take a guess if you are not sure of combined age of your relay team. Relay teams will be slated closer to the meet after we have most entries. An email will go out the week before on how to sign up your relay team. 

RANDOM RELAY This is a fun finale to the meet and is not competitive! You can create your own crazy relay team to participate. Make it up on the fly or plan out a fun theme. Kids on your back? Fully clothed? Underwater? Doggie paddle? Its up to you.

PARKING There is NO parking lot at the pool (other than handicapped spots), only street parking in the residential neighborhood. Please take extra time and planning to find a spot and walk a few blocks. Enter in the back gate. 

FUND RAISING FOR A GOOD CAUSE Bring cash to participate in the 50/50 or donate directly to the fund at the meet. Our 2021 meet is different than previous years as we are ear-marking some of the proceeds for a special cause: Forest Hill Elementary School Scholars. Forest Hill Elementary School is located in Camden and their principal, Fatihah Abdur-Rahman, is not only a fierce advocate for her “Forest Hill Scholars” but was named among SJ Magazine's 2021 Women of Excellence. Because three other Camden elementary schools closed this year, Forest Hill Elementary will be expected to absorb more students, putting more stress on teachers, staff, students and families. We would like to reach our fund raising goal of $800 to:

• host a pool and pizza party for the students in August
• supply math and spelling activities packages to get them ready for the upcoming school year
• give $25 uniform vouchers (shooting for 20)

FOOD Drinks, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and snacks will be available for purchase near the snack bar and/or plan to visit one of Collingswood's many wonderful restaurants after the meet!

RAIN DATE There is no rain date for our event. We will hold the meet if there is drizzle/light rain, but event will be cancelled if there is any thunder that morning. We will post here and on Facebook by 6am the day of the meet if we are calling it due to weather.
