Swimposium - USMS Sanction 362-S006

USMS Sanctioned Event (362-S006). Swimmers have the opportunity to swim a 133.3 yard course in the 50 meter competition pool at King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way. This will provide triathletes, experienced and non-experienced, to swim "open water" in a safe and controlled environment. Register for one swim event and/or attend free clinics.

8:00 2.2 Mile Swim (30 x 133.3 yard course)
9:10 1.1 Mile Swim (15 x 133.3 yard course)
9:45 .6 Mile Swim (8 x 133.3 yard course)
10:00 Free Clinics
11:00 Close of Event

FREE CLINICS: There will be 4 stations in the Competition Pool at 10am:
1. Body Alignment Importance
2. How to Sight and Tricks of the Trade
3. How to Get Around Buoys and Passing Skills
4. Try Course with New Skills

In the Recreation Pool, attend the Breathing and Relaxing Skills Clinic.

Cost $10 for Swim Event. Non-USMS members welcome. Must pay $20 one-day USMS Registration.
