BWAQ 2013 One Hour Postal Swim @ Evergreen

Qualifies for 2012 USMS One Hour Postal National Championship. Entry fee includes entry in the official USMS event.

Bring a person to count laps for you and a stop watch that can run for an hour.

Note - if you are in contention for a National Record, your splits must be recorded to the nearest 100th of a second. All other splits must be recorded to the nearest second.

There is room for 18 swimmers. There is the last chance to swim the One Hour Postal in 2013.

Check-in at 12:45 pm. Swim starts at 1:00 pm sharp!
