Mastering Freestyle and Backstroke

Join us at the Federal Way Community Center for this small, one-hour clinic dedicated to improving your stroke and your kick to maximize your efficiency when swimming freestyle and backstroke. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced swimmer, Coach Wendy Neely will incorporate drills and individualized feedback to build your confidence, endurance and speed.  Bring your beginner's mindset and be prepared to work!  A minimum of four participants is required, but enrollment will be capped at just six swimmers to ensure lots of personalized attention. If available, please bring your swim snorkel, fins, and paddles. Register now before all spots are gone!

No refunds of clinic registration fees will be given.  Exceptions may be considered in the event of serious illness or injury.
