A light-hearted approach to improving your stroke and learning how to lap swim for exercise with enthusiasm! Spice up your lap swim routine while feeling energized and accomplished every time you get in the pool. This workshop will teach you:
- Lane etiquette
- How to create a workout based upon your personal goals
- How to use a pace clock....and much more!
Participants should be able to comfortably swim a minimum of 50 yards continuously at a steady pace.
