RACE DAY PREPARATION
A 1.5 hour clinic to help you prepare as a swimmer, triathlete, open water swimmer or any form of competition, for the Peak Performance of your life!

FREESTYLE TECHNICAL CLINIC
We will be offering a 1.5 hour clinic on Freestyle technique. How to effectively and efficiently improve your Freestyle. Then a 1.5 hour pool session.

Who: All Athletes, Coaches and Swimmers, ages 18/over

When:
Saturday June 22, 2013
8am - 1pm
No lunch break. No food provided.

Where: Rose Bowl Aquatics Center
360 N Arroyo Blvd., Pasadena, CA

Pre-Registration:
$30 payable by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events"
