Butterfly Stroke Clinic by April Cheadle

April will be covering stroke mechanics of butterfly, which will include drills, body positioning, breathing, kick, and dryland exercises to reinforce the stroke.

April will be using her brilliant stroke progression style coaching that accommodates all levels of ability. Clinic includes individual evaluation by April.

Clinic time will be divided between on deck drills, information time, and in the water practicing drills.

Online Registration will open at 7PM (PST) January 7, 2019 and closes when there are 36 registered attendees.

Directions from I-5 : Exit 212, west on Highway 532 to Stanwood, at 72nd Ave turn left at the light. The second right is 267th St. NW, follow to the Stanwood Camano YMCA.
