Holly Neumann manages the USMS Adult Learn-to-Swim Initiative and coordinates the grant process for the USMS Swimming Save Lives Foundation. A lifelong swimmer, she is USMS certified as both a lead ALTS instructor and Level 3 Masters coach. She is also a Masters and age-group coach for the Sarasota Tsuanmi program. Before making a professional move into aquatics, Holly was a journalist working on the local news and copy desks of The San Diego Union-Tribune. She started as a sportswriter at The Bakersfield Californian. Holly swam in college for California State University Bakersfield. She loves the camaraderie found in a Masters workout and finds great joy in helping others to learn to swim and enjoy the water safely.
