Water Polo
We are taking a proactive approach and scheduling a water polo program with the chance there will not be a High School Season. **If the high school sports season takes place, the school district will bump us out of the pool. In the event we have to cancel some of the practice sessions, prorated refunds (after billing) will be issued.

Tuesday/Thursday- Girls
1.5 hours groupings between 3:30-9:00
90 min of water conditioning
**We will still not have access to bathrooms/locker rooms. Athletes will need to arrive in swim suit, shorts, shirt and tennis shoes. No deck changing is allowed and athletes will need to leave in their swim suit as well.
Registration is limited. While we would like to welcome new members for training, PRIORITY WILL GO TO CURRENT AND PAST MEMBERS FIRST. Please register and we will assess availability after registration closes.
Water polo specific conditioning program following COVID safety guidelines. **If there are updates by the CDC changes might be made to our training. At this time training will be in groups of 14 or fewer. One and a half hour sessions will start between 3:30pm and 9:00pm at Rio Americano HS.
Registration will close for Winter Conditioning- Session 1 on January 7th.
Group rosters and session start times will be assigned by January 9th.
Groups will be assigned by age, gender and school (as much as we can). Requests for group assignments will be limited to family unit or carpools and should be noted in the Note section when registering. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF ANYTIME YOUR ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND. Groupings will try to accommodate both age, ability and school.
IMPORTANT Program Information - COVID Guidelines
In order to participate in this program, athletes and their parents/guardians must agree to abide by all rules set forth below, sent via email before or during the program session, or laid out by the coaches at the pool facility. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS PLAY THEIR ROLE IN ENSURING THAT ALL PRECAUTIONS FOR THE SPREAD OF COVID ARE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND FOLLOWED. These guidelines include:
