Boys HS Winter Program 2022-2023

Winter Program 
November 29, 2022 - February 8, 2023
*No Practice December 19th- January 1st 


Cost- $450 early registration prior to November 15th
        (Fee will increases to $500 after November 15th)


Billing will be processed on December 6th.  You may drop from the program prior to Dec 5th without financial commitment. We ask that you communicate that you will not be participating so we can remove you from the program if you choose not to continue.   We would like to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the program prior to billing.

Program Fee includes water polo practices (pool rents, heat, coaches, equipment, etc.), insurance and local games (entry fees, pool rent, officials, coaches).  
 
Participants need to be USA Water Polo members to play in games and practices with other clubs.  Athletes only interested in improving at practice within our club will be covered by our private insurance that we have secured for all Winter Program participants.  USWP membership will still be required for any athletes participating in tournaments/games.

REGISTRATION PRIOR TO FIRST PRACTICE

SPACE IS LIMITED.  Registrations received will be accepted only while space is available.  Please register early as it allows us to assign athletes to practice groups and properly staff all practices and tournaments.  We appreciate your consideration.

Practices: Rio Americano High School & Jesuit HS
Boys: Monday and Wednesday Water Polo Practice @ Rio Americano HS 7:15-9:00p 
           Monday and Wednesday Water Polo Practice @ Jesuit HS 7:00-8:45p

Girls: Tuesday and Thursday Water Polo Practice @ Rio Americano HS 7:15-9:00p
          Tuesday and Thursday Water Polo Practice @ Jesuit HS 7:00-8:45p

Primary water polo practice times will be from 7:15-9:00pm but an additional practice may be added earlier in the day if necessary.

Games/Tournaments - All participants can compete in games/tournaments
Competition Dates:  TBA *USWP Membership is necessary to play in tournaments.

Kap7 or Winterfest Travel Tournament**: Beginning of February TBA
*"Travel" tournaments (for which the team will need to travel out of the area and spend the night) will be planned as far in advance as possible and only athletes participating will be charged a tournament trip fee (to cover entry fee and coaches' costs). 
 

No refunds after December 6th. Payment plans are available upon request but arrangement of a payment does not imply a reduction in the program fee. Scholarships are available in limited circumstances. Any payment arrangements must be requested in writing or via email our Registrar at registrar@arwpc.com
