Clinic Description:
This clinic will teach Masters swimmers and coaches how to maximize power and speed off the blocks and walls. We will focus on starts, breakouts, and the IM crossover turn.

Our goals are to instill participants with confidence in their starts and turns and to arm them with useful information to share with their local clubs.

Head Coach Matt Emmert will lead the clinic, assisted by his staff and on-deck USMS coaches, with in-water demonstrations from some of Roger Williams University’s top varsity swim team members.

This clinic is organized and sponsored by the New England Local Masters Swimming Committee for current members of U.S. Masters Swimming.
