Freestyle swim clinic: Improve Your Freestyle Technique

  • Wanting to IMPROVE your freestlye but never had the opportunity to work with an EXPERIENCED coach?

Eligibility: This clinic is open to anyone 18 and over...triathletes, open water swimmers, fitness swimmers, Masters swimmers!

Description: Two-hour intense focus on freestyle stroke technique with coaches on deck providing immediate feedback. We’ll help you improve your efficiency and body position, reduce drag, improve your body rotation, timing, breathing, and streamlining through focused drills and immediate instructor feedback. Take these drills with you for continued improvement when practicing on your own.

Clinic Fee:
$45 flat fee payable online by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events".
