Sat, July 18th 7:20am Workout

This workout pre-registration is for CIMST Members Only.
Member Login is required.
There is no $ fee to pre-register if your dues are paid and you are a current member of USMS.
This workout has a Max Capacity of 10 swimmers.  After reaching the max, you can register on a waitlist and will be contacted if a swimmer cancels. 

IMPORTANT:
The facility is allowing swimmers limited use the locker rooms and restrooms, but no shower access.  We suggest you wear suit under warm-ups or other clothes. 
There will be no sharing of equipment and wearing a mask when not in the water is encouraged.
