This workout pre-registration is for CIMST Members Only.
Member Login is required.
There is no $ fee to pre-register if your dues are paid and you are a current member of USMS.
This workout has a Max Capacity of 32 swimmers. After reaching the max, you can register on a waitlist and will be contacted if a swimmer cancels. 

IMPORTANT:

• Building will be locked until 5:15.  We are using the back entrance. Door will be open until 5:25.  No late arrivals allowed.
• Masks are required at all times, except while in the pool.
• Hands must be sanitized before entering pool area.
• Forehead temperature must be under 100.4 & no current illness allowed.
• Locker rooms are not open.  Wear suit under clothes.  Bathrooms are available for use one at a time.
• Social distancing required at all times.
• Bring own equipment & towel.
• Specific IWU COVID-19 waiver must be signed before first practice.

You are required to text John Carroll at 309-830-6597 if you cannot make practice after registering.
