The USMS Winter Fitness Challenge, which runs from February 15 through 28 is perfect for anyone setting a New Year’s resolution of getting into better shape. The event is a 30-minute swim done in any manner desired. If you’re just getting into swimming, or back to it after a long time away from the pool, swimming for 30 minutes is a solid fitness goal.
All event proceeds will directly benefit the Swimming Saves Lives Foundation, which has provided nearly $450,000 in grants since 2011 to adult learn-to-swim programs across the country. You may make an additional donation during the registration process and/or use our online donation platform to raise funds as part of your training. Look for details on your event receipt.

Late Fee $12 (begins Feb 1, 2018)
Don’t miss the Summer Fitness Challenge, a 2000-meter swim in the final two weeks of July, and the Fall Fitness Challenge, a 1-mile swim in the final two weeks of November.
Registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
