Stroke Development and Improvement Clinic for Swimmers and Triathletes

Swim Clinic: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Clinic Type: 2 hours devoted to Freestyle, and 1 to Butterfly

Who should attend?
Anyone who wants to improve technique and learn drills that will enable you to continue to refine your stroke. Your stroke will be evaluated and corrected with drills and coach instruction. Limited to first 36 registrations.

Equipment: Please bring your fins, suit, goggles, and towel. Fins are important. Without them many of the drills may be difficult. Fins help create buoyancy and mild propulsion. If you have hand paddles, bring them too.
