BACKSTROKE DRILLS CLINIC

You must be a current SBMS and USMS member in order to participate. Limit one Clinic Swim Pass per member.

Drill clinics are for swimmers of all abilities. The goal of the clinic is to help swimmers improve stroke technique and teach drills that will enable the continued refinement of the strokes. 

Swimmers will need to bring fins, suit, goggles, and a towel. Fins, which help create buoyancy and propulsion, are important—without them many of the drills may be difficult. If you have hand paddles, please bring them, too.

SBMS and USMS membership is required in order to participate. The drills clinic fee is $10 per swimmer. Contact coach@sbmasters.org for questions or more information.
