2023 10-Week Summer LCM Training

Alexandria Masters Swimming is excited to be able to offer a 10-week summer LCM training program for anyone who’s interested in getting in shape for USMS Summer Nationals, triathlons, open water swimming competitions and the like. We’re thrilled to have veteran coach Barb Gundred lead this program, which is open to any USMS registered swimmer. More details as follows:

WHO         Any USMS registered swimmer
WHAT       10-week LCM training program
WHERE     Franconia REC Center, 6601 Telegraph Rd, Alexandria, VA 22310
WHEN       Every Sunday from May 28 through July 30, 2023, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
COST         $200.00 for the entire program, participants must sign up for the entire program, sessions aren’t priced separately
