Eligibility: Currently registered USMS swimmers, 18 years and older. If you are not a member of USMS, you may follow the links in this online registration to become a member of USMS.

Pool Length Compliance: The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. Times from this competition will be eligible for USMS records and Top 10 consideration, but not for world records.

Facility: Indoor, 25 yards, with 8 lanes 2.5 m per lane. Shallow end is 3.5’ and deep end is 7’. Lanes 1-6 for competition, Lane 7 as a buffer, and Lane 8 as a continuous warm up, warm down lane. Colorado 6 Timing System with scoreboard, parking available, seating for 160 spectators and an outdoor patio adjacent to the pool for another 150 people. Men’s and Women’s locker rooms. Open pool deck areas available for swimmers, coaches, and officials only. Facility accessible for adaptive swimmers. Popup tents are allowed in the outdoor area adjacent to the pool. Masks will be required while inside the swimming facility up until you swim.

Official Rules and Guidelines: Current US Masters Swimming and Oregon Masters Swimming rules will govern this meet Additional breaks can be added at the Meet Referee’s discretion. Current 2022 USMS and OMS Rules will be enforced.

Safety Code: Current Oregon Masters Swimming Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be in effect.

Restrictions: Tobacco products, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not allowed in the facility. Shwim your event. Please bring a container to keep your masks dry.

FINIS Backstroke Wedges will be available during warm-ups and during competition for all Backstroke events.

Entry Deadline: Online registration is the only method of entry. Online registration must be complete by 11:59 PM PDT on Monday, March 28, 2022.
Meet Entry Fee: $50.00 Online entries paid by credit card to "SWIMOREGON.ORG"

Age groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. up to 100+. Relay age groups: 18+, 25+, 35+, 45+, etc.

Entry Limit: You may enter a maximum of 5 individual events per day, 6 total for the meet, plus relays. Enter relays at the meet. Only 200-yard relays will be available. Shaving is not permitted in the facility. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms.  Deck changing is prohibited. Photography is not allowed behind the blocks during the start of a race. Operations of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pool, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open-ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present.

All awards must be picked up at the conclusion of the competition. Awards will not be mailed.

Meetings: Officials' meeting will be held 45 minutes prior to the start of the meet. There will be a meeting of all the group representatives on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 8:45 AM to vote on the breakdown of the teams into these three categories.

Workout Group Scoring: Only workout groups registered by March 28, 2022, will be able to score points. "Swimmers will represent the Oregon LMSC local team listed on their USMS registration." There will be three group categories (Small, Medium, and Large) based upon the number of swimmers entered in the meet for each workout group.There will be a meeting of all the group representatives on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 8:45 AM to vote on the breakdown of the teams into these three categories. Swimmers from LMSCs (Local Masters Swimming Committee) outside of Oregon are allowed to enter but are not scored in the workout group competition. Registered workout groups will appear on the online entry form.

Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be available online prior to the event. To help save resources, one heat sheet per workout group will be printed. Heat Sheets will also be posted in several locations around the facility.

OMS Social and Awards Program
There will be an OMS Social and Awards Dinner with appetizers, dinner, a celebration cake, and a no host bar after the meet on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 4:00 PM. Oregon Masters Swimming will be celebrating 50 years of service to our adult swimming community. This event will take place at Arrowhead Golf Course in the Legend’s Bar & Grill, 28301 S. Hwy 213, Molalla, OR  97032. The cost for this event is $15.00. Please take this opportunity to socialize with your teammates and other Masters swimmers outside of the pool! OMS will be presenting several awards to give thanks to those volunteers who have made remarkable contributions to the sport of Swimming and Oregon Masters.
