Join us on Saturday, October 26, 2013 for the 6th Bearcat Masters SCM Invitational Swim Meet.

Sanctioned by the Metropolitan LMSC for USMS, Inc. Sanction #063-S006

Facility: Baruch College, 55 Lexington Avenue NY, NY 10010 The Baruch College pool is a six lane, 25 meter pool. The meet will be run using 5 lanes, with 1 lane designated as a warm-up/warm-down lane.

Parking: There are 6 parking facilities on E . 24th Street between Park Avenue South and 2nd Avenue. The cost will range between $10 and $21.

Warm-up: Diving IS NOT permitted during the general warm-up. The starting blocks will be available when lanes are opened up to one-way sprints.

Eligibility: Open to all USMS-registered swimmers ages 18 and older. Age determination date for this meet is as of December 31, 2013.

Schedule:  800 Warm-up 12:00pm to 12:30pm * 800 Starts 12:45PM

                    General Warm-Up 2:00pm to 3:00pm • Meet Start 3:15 PM

Check-in: Positive check is required for event #1 Mixed 800 meter Freestyle.

Technical Suits: Technical suits are not allowed in this meet.

Seeding: Events will be run in heats, slowest to fastest, regardless of age or gender.

Entry limit: Swimmers are permitted to enter six (6) individual events & two (2) relays. For a MAXIMUM of eighth (8) events.

Entry times: Times should be entered in short course meter (SCM) format for all events.

Relays: All relays will be deck entered at the meet.

Entry fees: The $35.00 per person entry fee has bee reduce to $25 thanks to the support from the Metro LMSC. Online entries pay by Visa, MC, or Discover. Credit card statements will show a charge by "ClubAssistant.com Events". Entry fees are Non-refundable.

Entry deadline: Online entries are preferred. Online entries must be completed by 10pm Eastern Time on October 24, 2013. Mailed entries must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by Wednesday October 23, 2012. No telephone, fax or late entries will be accepted.

By subway: Take the 6, N/W, R, F, V, 1 or 9 trains to the 23rd street stops, walk east to Lexington Avenue. Make a left turn on Lexington and walk north one block. Baruch College is located on the Northeast corner of Lexington Avenue and E. 24th Street.
