SWIMMER ELIGIBILITY: Must be USMS Registered (www.usms.org/reg) or Pay $25.00 One Event fee plus registration fees. Sanctioned by Minnesota LMSC for USMS Inc." (Article 203.3.3)

SAFETY: Positive check in will be required for swimmers prior to the start of the race. Failure to abide by this will result in disqualification. Swim caps will be provided and MUST be worn.

ENTRY FEE:  (individual: 1 mile, 2 mile, or both)  
     - Through May 24:  $40 one swim, $65 both
     - May 25 - May 31:  $45 one swim, $70 both
     - June 1 - June 15:  $50 one swim, $75 both
     - June 16 - June 22:  $55 one swim, $80 both
     - June 23 (race day):  $65 one swim, $90 both 
      
Online Registration Deadline is midnight, Thursday June 20, 2019.
Event is Limited to first 100 swimmers registered.
Race day registration ($65/$90 & USMS Card at beach, NO ONE Event Registrations on Race Day)

COURSE & DISTANCE: The 2-Mile race will begin at Wayata Beach and head south toward Spirit Island. Follow Western shore of Wayzata Bay. Turn arond at buoy approx, 1/4 mile from Spirit Island The 1-Mile race will start at the beach and head south. Turn around buoy will be approx. half way to Spirit Island. The 1-mile course is Half of the 2-Mile course. It is likely that you will encounter an occasional patch of weeds. The course will be patrolled with safety boats. Escorts for swimmer are not permitted. No hand paddles, buoys, fins or other such swimming aids. Use of wetsuits or swimsuits that are made of fabric that provides flotation or flotation devices will be permitted, but not eligible for awards.

The 1-Mile course will be closed at approximately 8:15am and the 2-Mile course at 9:45am.

Course will be marked with orange buoys.

PARKING: Public parking – abide by posted parking restrictions.

TCOWHM Awards: Half Marathon participants must compete in both the 1-Mile and 2-mile at Harriet to be eligible for TCOWHM awards.
