TYPE OF MEET: 25 yard timed finals.

DATES, TIMES & WARM-UP: Saturday October 20, 2012 – Warm-up: 7:30am – Meet Start: 9:00am

LOCATION: The University of Tampa – 401 W Kennedy Blvd. Tampa, FL 33606

POOL SPECS: Eight lane 25 yard pool. Warm-up and Warm Down available (in well)

TIMING EQUIPMENT: Colorado timing system with scoreboard

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all USMS or FINA registered swimmers, or Supporters of Tampa Swimming

SEEDING: Times will be seeded Short Course Yards. No conversions by meet management. Please enter times for SCY.

SCRATCHES: No penalty for scratching on the block.

ENTRY LIMIT: Five (5) individual events, plus relays. No limit to the number of relays entered. Relays are deck entered.

ONLINE ENTRY PREFERRED: Online meet registrations are paid by credit card to 'ClubAssistant.com Events'

ENTRY FEES: $4 per event. $25 Facility Charge. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. $10 per relay paid at the meet

RELAY ENTRIES: Entries for relays will be due the morning of the session. Entry deadlines will be announced during warm up sessions. Relays will be seeded after the deck entry deadline. Relay fees must be paid with submission of relay entries.

ENTRY DEADLINE EXTENDED THROUGH OCTOBER 15TH

ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received or completed by October 5, 2012, 11:59 pm. $10 late fee applies October 6th through October 15th. Electronic Entry Preferred.

CHECK IN: Swimmers are considered checked in for all individual events with a distance of 200 Yards and less.

AWARDS: Individual Events & Relay Events: 1st – 3rd Medals & 4th – 8th Ribbons. Age-Group High Point Awards.

SCORING: Individual: 9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. Relays are double points.
