Warm-up : 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM & in mid meet break

Events: 12:45 PM to 6:00 PM

Pool: 8 lane 50m competition pool/electronic timing with small 23m warm-down tank

Eligibility: Open to Canadian or International registered Masters swimmers who are a current members of a recognized masters swim club or affiliate (written confirmation of affiliation may be required for International Masters swimmers and shall form part of the registration package)

Registration Information: Entry fee is $40 per swimmer; meet is limited to 200 swimmers. Swimmers may enter a maximum of 4 events plus relays. The Meet Manager may limit the number of heats per event/reschedule as necessary. Swimmers must submit an entry time for each event – events with no time (NT) will not be accepted.

Registration Deadlines: On-line: Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 11:59pm; paper entries: Saturday, October 21, 2017(allow sufficient time for snail mail). Entry fee must accompany all entries. Please mail paper entries to: Nancy Clark, 437 Seashell Drive, Delta, BC V4L 2L3 No late or deck entries will not be accepted. No refunds will be given after entry deadline.

Seeding : All events are timed finals. Men and women will be seeded together in the same events based on entry time. This is a Cardless meet.

Record Attempts: Pick up a pink record attempt card from the Clerk of Course and give it to the timers

Psyche Sheets: To be posted on the meet website as soon as possible after the entry deadline.

Heat Sheets: To be posted on the meet website by Friday, Nov. 3, 2017. Please print your own heat sheets. Printed heat sheets will be available at the meet for coaches only. Heat sheets will be posted around the pool deck.

Relays: No swimmer may swim more than once in any relay – you may swim either on a men’s, women’s or mixed team in any relay event.

Relay Card Deadline: For events 2 & 11 – 20 minutes after the start of warm up. For Event 12 – prior to the start of Event 6; for Event 19 – 10 minutes after mid meet break/warm-up. Relay cards attached to this package. Please complete and submit to Clerk of the Course before first warm-up.

1500 Free: Positive check-in required before event 12. Registration for this event will be limited to 16 women and 16 men in a total of 2 combined heats. Heats will be combined in accordance with MSABC regulations (ie: Two swimmers per lane). Swimmers may be waitlisted in the event that all 16 spaces for either gender are not filled. Only front crawl is permitted. If possible, please provide your own timer.

Points: Individulal events: top 8 swimmers in each age bracket 20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11, Relays: 40-34-32-30-28-26- 24-22.
Awards: Each swimmer will receive a Participation Certificate with labels for each event swum.

Amenities at Waternaina: Ample free on-site parking; coin operated day use lockers; concession.
