Rules: 2017 USMS rules apply Limit four (4) individual events per day. Your age on December 31,2017 is your age for the meet. The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1

Facility: 8 lane X 50 meter outdoor pool with bulkhead. 8 LCM competition lanes with 8 SCY lanes available for continuous warm up and warm down. The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1 but as a bulkhead course,is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.

Time: Warm up from 8:00am-8:50am. Meet starts at 9:00am There will be a short 15 minute break at the conclusion of the 1500m freestyle and prior to the start of Event 2 the 200m Fly

Eligibility: Open to all registered Masters Swimmers holding a valid 2017 USMS card

Entries:

• Swimmers may enter up to 4 individual events
• The 1500m freestyle,400m IM & 400m freestyle will be limited to the first 24 entries received Please Note: Swimmers must provide their own counters. Timers will be provided for all events
• Entries submitted by surface mail accepted if postmarked by 6/1/2017
• Online entries must be submitted by 6/7/2017 @ 11:59pm
• NO Refunds of entry fees
• Enter online and receive confirmation of entry via email. Bring the billing information email to the meet as proof of entry.
• Online entry requires payment by credit card using a secure site.
• The cost of entry is $25 per swimmer IF ENTERING ONLINE (Your credit card will be charged by Club Assistant Events).
• If you are using paper entry and mailing payment the cost is $35 for 4 events

Donations: If you would like to make a tax deductible contribution in support of the Arizona Aquatic Sports Foundation which assists low income families with children wanting to participate in Swimming, Water Polo, Synchronized swimming and Diving please go to www.azasf.com

Check in: Positive check in for Event 1 (1500m Freestyle) by 8:30am Event 15 (400m IM) and Event 16 (400m Freestyle) by 10;00am These events are limited to the first 24 entries received per event and swimmers must provide their own counters Timers will be provided

Heat Sheets: Heat Sheets will be posted at the pool or if you would like a printed copy they will be made available for purchase for $2 at the admin table

Results: Will be available on Meet Mobile

Time Trials: For individual events as well as relays will be offered at the discretion of the Meet Referee following Sunday’s session
