MSTAS LCLD Championships

Warm-up 11am, start 11.30am.

Event 1 1500m Freestyle
Event 2   800m Freestyle
Event 3   400m Freestyle

AOE available, with warm up and swim down lanes available in the dive pool.

• Entry: two individual events; form strokes may be swim; please indicate indicate in the Notes Section on the online entry form.
• Seeding will be slowest to fastest.
• Lane timekeepers will be required and swimmers will need to provide their own person to count laps.
