Eligibility: This meet is dual-recognized by USMS and CCS. All swimmers must have a current CCS or USMS membership. A One-Event USMS registration is available

Timeline: Deck Opens: 10:45 am
                Warm-up:       11:00 am-12:00 pm
                Meet:              12:00 pm -~5:00 pm

Facility: The Ithaca College A&E Center pool is located at 953 Danby Road, Ithaca and consists of a 9 lane 50 meters by 21 lane 25 yards. All lanes are 8 feet deep. Warm-up lanes will be available during the meet. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1. The primary timing system will be automatic timing (Colorado Timing System) with full color video scoreboard. Times will be submitted for USMS records and USMS Top 10 consideration.

Meet Format: The meet will be swum in short course yards, and swum slowest to fastest with separate heats for women and men. The competition will use 8 lanes with continuous warm-up and warm-down available on the other side of the bulkhead. There will be 10 minute breaks after Events 14 and 16.  NO ONE is permitted to use the diving well or hot tub prior or during the meet. We ask all visitors to please respect these rules.

Entry Information: Entry deadline is Monday September 30, 2019 midnight. Entry fee is $25. Swimmers may enter a maximum of 4 events but there is no limit to relay entries. Relays will be deck-entered. Your credit card will be charged by 'Club Assistant.com Events'.

Directions: Enter the main entrance of the Ithaca campus off 96B. This is Alumni Circle. Go around the circle to Grant Egbert Boulevard. Take Grant Egbert Boulevard to the 1st stop sign. Continue straight to the second stop sign at Grant Egbert Boulevard East. Make a left and follow Grant Egbert Boulevard East to the stop sign. Continue straight. You will then be on Lyceum Drive. As you come up the hill, the A&E Center will be on your right. Go  to the south entrance of the building.
