Dumpster Fish Masters Team, Devon Crest Swim Team and Devon Manor Swim Club. All proceeds will benefit the Devon Crest Swim Team and Swim Club.
Liability:
It is understood and agreed that Dumpster Fish Swim Team, Devon Crest Swim Team and Devon Manor Swim Club and all meet officials shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet, which includes warm-up sessions.

Location/Parking:
The meet will be held at Devon Manor Swim Club, 4400 Devonshire Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109. Parking at the pool is limited, but ample parking is available at North Side Elementary School (.2 mile from the pool, 4 minute walk) on Devonshire Road.
Course:
6-lane, 25-meter outdoor pool with non-turbulent lane dividers. Hand-timing will be used. The depth of the pool at the starting blocks is 6 feet and turn end is 3 feet.
The length of the competition course is not on file with USMS. Eligibility of times achieved in this meet will be contingent upon pool length measurement and approval with USMS.
Eligibility:
All events are open to all swimmers 18 years and over. Swimmers attending/will be attending college who are 18 years of age are eligible to participate without harming NCAA eligibility. Age on the day of the meet shall govern this meet.
Seeding:
Events will be seeded slowest to fastest, regardless of age and sex. While NO TIME (NT) entries will be accepted, we encourage you to make up a time like everyone else does, please!

- This meet will be held in short course meters (SCM) and governed by 2017 USMS rules.
- Events are pre-seeded, timed final events.
- All swimmers are limited to FIVE (5) individual events (not including relays).
- Entries must be submitted using the swimmer’s best short course meter times. If you only know your best 25 yard time, multiply that time by 1.1 to get an approximation of your meter time.
- The meet will be capped at 200 swimmers.
18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, etc., in 5-year increments.
Entries:
- Entries must be submitted using the online Club Assistant entry form.
- Deck Entries may be accepted if there is room in the meet and ONLY if we’re in a good mood.
- Entries must be completed online by 11:59pm Eastern time on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
- Fees will be paid by credit card to ClubAssistant.com and are non-refundable.
- Relay entries will be accepted and organized on the morning of the meet. If you are interested in forming a relay or being a part of a relay, please indicate your interest when you register.
Flat $10.00 Entry Fee per Swimmer
Individual Events: $4.00
Relays: $10.00
Awards:
Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 3rd place for each event for each sex and age group.
Refreshments:
Refreshments will be made available during the meet.
Final results will be posted at the meet and online following the meet at DVMasters.org.
