2023 Summer JT LCM Mini-Meet

Sanctioned by: New England LMSC for USMS, Inc. Sanction 023-S003

Location: Jenny Thompson Outdoor Pool, 150 Portland Ave., Dover, NH 03820. The pool is an outdoor 6-lane, 50-meter pool. There will be a diving well area and one lane available for continuous warm-up throughout the competition. There are showers and toilets available but no other indoor facilities. Parking is available next to the pool. Note: Drop off is available at the front entry of the pool, however there is no parking.

The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1

Times from this competition will be eligible for USMS Top Ten consideration, but not for world or USMS records. 

Warm Up: 8:00 AM, Meet Start: 8:30 AM

Online Pre-Registration is REQUIRED. $30 online entry fee available until Monday, July 10th at 11:59 PM or until maximum entries are received. USMS membership required. There will be no refunds. Enter Online.  Entries will be capped at 100 swimmers. 

Age Group: Age group shall be determined by the age as of December 31st of this year. 

Check-In: The 400 freestyle will be seeded the morning of the event and positive check in is required by 8:10 AM. The 400 freestyle will be a restricted number of heats in order to meet the timeline. The rest of the events do not require check-in.   

Event Scratch: If you are unable to attend contact the meet director ASAP to scratch your entry. If you are unable to swim an event the morning of the meet let the meet referee know that you want to scratch the event. 

Event Seeding: Events will be seeded slowest to fastest with combined age groups and combined genders. Heat sheets will be posted behind the diving boards.

Weather: If unusual or severe weather precludes the possibility of safely and effectively conducting the meet, the meet director may postpone the start or cancel the event. If the referee cannot safely and effectively continue because of weather conditions they may postpone or cancel the meet once it has started.

Each swimmer may enter a maximum of 5 individual events. 

Positive Check-In required for only the 400 Freestyle by 8:10 AM the morning of the event.    

Relays will be deck entered and are due by 9:30 AM.
